The story

Gen.G’s Worlds quarter-final against LYON reached 1,510,855 peak viewers on the platforms measured by Esports Charts.

The tracked peak was 10.37% higher than the tournament’s opening quarter-final between Invictus Gaming and Top Esports, which reached 1,368,778. Gen.G won their series 3–0 to set up a semi-final against IG.

A stronger second quarter-final audience

The comparison provides an early measure of knockout-stage interest, rather than a complete assessment of the event. Esports Charts notes that neither of the first two quarter-finals displaced the tournament’s leading Swiss-stage matchup.

These are tracked concurrent-viewer figures, not a count of every person watching worldwide. Their main value is comparison within the analytics provider’s measurement coverage.
